How billing works
Merchant of Record
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record. Your statement will show PADDLE.NET* MEOWMIN or similar. Paddle handles VAT/GST, invoicing, and refunds.
Auto-renewal & cancellation
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period. Cancel anytime from the app (Profile → Manage Subscription) or email contact@taucity.xyz. Access continues until the current period ends.
Currency & taxes
All prices shown in USD. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts at its rate. Taxes (VAT/GST) are added at checkout when required and collected by Paddle.

Pricing FAQ
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Change or cancel from the app or email us. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal; upgrades are immediate (Paddle prorates where applicable).
What about the family sharing on Lifetime?
Lifetime owners can invite up to 2 family/friends by email (3 users total including you). Invites are transferable — you can revoke and re-invite. Shields (150) are a shared pool.
Where do I get invoices / receipts?
Paddle emails a receipt after each charge. You can also request invoices at contact@taucity.xyz.
Is there a free trial?
